A 15-Day Demo Account
When you engage with ConiaSoft, we offer you the opportunity to explore our software with a 15-day demo account. This means you can use our software and experience its features and functionalities for a limited period without any cost involved. During this period, you can get familiar with the software’s capabilities and assess how it aligns with your needs.
Transition to Paid Usage:
After the 15-day demo period ends, and you’ve had the chance to thoroughly test our software, we have a simple and transparent transition to the paid usage phase. On the 16th day, we introduce charges for using the software. These charges comprise a one-time license fee along with a choice between a monthly or annual fee, based on the package you select. This payment structure enables you to choose a plan that suits your preferences and requirements.
Invoice and Financial Details
To ensure complete transparency, we provide you with an invoice that outlines the charges for the one-time license fee and the chosen monthly or annual fee. This invoice serves as a reference for your records, ensuring that you are well informed about the financial aspects of your purchase.
Refund Period and Conditions
Within the subsequent 15 days of transitioning to the paid usage phase, we offer a refund option. This means that you have an additional 15 days to evaluate the software further in its paid usage mode. If, for any reason, you decide that the software doesn’t meet your expectations or requirements during this period, you can request a refund. The money will be refunded except for the bank processing fees. We understand that technology needs can vary, and we aim to provide flexibility in this regard.
Refund Expiry After Initial 15-Day Fee Period
However, it’s important to note that once this additional 15-day period expires, the option for a refund will no longer be available. After the combined 30-day period (15 days of demo + 15 days of paid usage), the refund window closes. This policy ensures a balance between allowing customers sufficient time to evaluate the software and the practical limitations associated with software usage.

Termination Arrangements for ConiaSoft License Agreements
Our termination policies, as outlined below, adhere to Turkish laws unless otherwise specified in the contract:
Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw within 30 calendar days from the start of the contract. ConiaSoft will refund payments made up until the withdrawal request, with no additional fees charged thereafter. The amount will be refunded, excluding bank transaction fees.
To process the withdrawal request, we kindly ask customers to settle any outstanding dues incurred during their engagement with us.
Contract Termination
Ordinary Termination Each software license agreement allows for mutual contract termination four weeks before the upcoming license fee payment deadline.
Extraordinary Termination Either party may extraordinarily terminate the contract at the end of each quarterly period with written notice. ConiaSoft will facilitate the transfer of customer data to a storage location designated by the customer, along with access rights to the existing database. This takes effect on the termination date.
If payment is overdue, ConiaSoft will transfer the data after settling any outstanding claims. Upon confirmation of data receipt, ConiaSoft will permanently delete all project and customer data associated with the terminated contract.
